Achtung: Je nach Wetter kann es zu einer Verlegung des Termins auf die Expo Nord kommen. Daher bitte unbedingt kurz vor dem Event hier nachlesen, ob der Event am Steinhuder Meer stattfindet oder wir ausweichen müssen. Ein Event am Steinhuder Meer ist leider nur bei Sommerwetter sinnvoll und das ist leider nicht langfristig planbar.
Zeiten und Treffpunkt:
11:00 Uhr unterm Schwanz am Hbf (also direkt vor dem Haupteingang) - danach fahren wir um 11:20 Uhr von Gleis 12 mit dem RE nach Neustadt am Rübenberge. Vor dort geht es um 11:48 Uhr mit dem Bus 835 weiter bis "Mardorf Strandhotel", wo wir 12:03 Uhr ankommen. Die Fahrtzeit Hannover Hbf -> Mardorf Strandhotel beträgt also nur 43 Minuten. Man benötigt ein 3-Zonen-Ticket des GVH. Eine Tageskarte kostet 8,40 Euro, eine Gruppentageskarte für 5 Personen nur 15,80 Euro.
Achtung: Bitte pünktlich erscheinen, da wir NICHT auf Nachzügler warten. Und bitte VORHER um einen Fahrschein bis Mardorf Strandhotel kümmern.
Man kann auch direkt zum Steinhuder Meer kommen. Sinnvoll wäre dann gegen 12:00. Treffpunkt ist dann der Surfstrand Marburg (siehe Karte). Wenn man direkt dorthin kommt, kann man auch gut später dazu stoßen.
Der Event dauert bis zur Dämmerung, also so bis 20 Uhr etwa.
Teilnahme:
Teilnehmen kann jeder, der Spaß an Cosplay-Fotoshootings hat, sei es als Cosplayer oder als Fotograf oder als Assistent (Reflektor&Co lassen grüßen).
Die Teilnahme selbst ist kostenlos. Allerdings trägt jeder seine eigenen Kosten, z.B. Transport zum Steinhuder Meer.

Location Steinhuder Meer:
Das Steinhuder Meer ist ein großer und eher flacher See. Es gibt Strand und der See wird vom Ufer aus erst langsam tiefer, so dass man in Ufernähe sehr gut im Wasser stehen kann. Neben dem Strand/Wasser hat man auch Wald nahebei.

Es wäre super, wenn viele Cosplayer und Fotografen an diesen Treffen teilnehmen können. Ansonsten wollen wir nicht zu viele Regeln aufstellen, außer dass alle Spaß und Freude mitbringen sollen.
Attention: Depending on the weather, the event may be postponed to Expo Nord. Therefore, please make sure to check out the event at the Steinhuder Meer or we have to avoid it shortly before the event. An event at the Steinhuder Meer is unfortunately only useful in summer weather and unfortunately this can not be planned in the long term.
Times and Meeting Point:
11:00 clock under the tail at the Hbf (thus directly before the main entrance) - then we drive at 11:20 clock from track 12 with the RE to Neustadt at the Rübenberge. Before you go at 11:48 am by bus 835 to "Mardorf Strandhotel", where we arrive at 12:03 pm. The journey time Hanover Hbf -> Mardorf Strandhotel is therefore only 43 minutes. You need a 3-zone ticket of the GVH. A day ticket costs 8,40 Euro, a group day ticket for 5 persons only 15,80 Euro.
Attention: Please appear punctual as we are NOT waiting for latecomers. And please BEFORE booking a ticket to Mardorf Strandhotel.
You can also go directly to the Steinhuder Meer. It would be sensible to 12:00. Meeting point is the Marburg Surfing Beach (see map). If you go directly there, you can come well later.
The event lasts until dawn, so around 8 pm.
Participation:
Anyone who has fun with Cosplay photoshootings, be it as a cosplayer or as a photographer or as an assistant (Reflector & Co) can participate.
Participation is free of charge. However, each person bears his own costs, e.g. Transport to the Steinhuder Meer.

Location Steinhuder Sea:
The Steinhuder Meer is a large and rather shallow lake. There is beach and the lake is from the shore only slowly deeper, so that you can stand in the distance very well in the water. Next to the beach / water you also have forest nearby.
